She could have been "SUPERB!" if she had posed WITHOUT the bikini bottom, but she DIDN'T (pose without the bikini bottom) and so she WASN'T ("SUPERB!")!

Old school implants. They went in around the areola. Takes away nerve sensation. Still,... looks otay.
